ORAL PRESENTATIONS

Oral presentations have a total length of 15 minutes, which should be partitioned as a maximum of 10 minutes for the oral presentation and 5 minutes for questions. Session chairs will be asked to enforce the time limits, as any delay (or advance) relative to the scheduled time will lead to confusion to the people shifting rooms to attend a particular presentation.

Rooms are equipped with WIFI, computer facilities for presentations and beamer. Therefore, there is no need for presenters to bring their own laptops. Please note that the presenters are responsible for their own presentations, so please make sure you arrive in time before your session starts with your presentation document on a USB key (virus-free, please!).
The computers at the session rooms are running Windows 10 operating system and have Office 2013 & Adobe Acrobat professional XI for running the presentations.
 

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Presenters will interact with attendees while standing next to their Poster Presentation. Attendees at Poster Presentations will stroll by looking for topics of interest.  A poster presentation should attract people's interest as they walk by and then be easily reviewed to stimulate a one-to-one discussion with the presenters. The goal is to encourage informed discussion about your research. The poster should be easily readable from 1.5 meters (4 feet) away. One or more of the authors must be present during the session. If one author represents a team who wrote the paper, that person should be capable of responding to questions concerning all aspects of the presentation.

Support: Although we will provide you with tools (adhesive tape, etc.) for hanging your poster, it is recommended that you bring your own materials as a back up.

Format: There will also be other authors with their poster presentations in the gallery. For that reason, we encourage you to avoid exceeding the dimensions of a Din A0 (84 cm width and 120 cm high) and hang your posters vertically.

PRINTING SERVICE (NEAR OF THE CONFERENCE VENUE)

If you wish, you can print your poster in Valencia. There is a printing centre near the congress venue.
